Exploring paths walking!

While we are on a hike, we find much more than just our goal, we find answers that we may not have been looking for, we find the peace and with it, the strength to simply deal with ourselves.

As soon as the first step is taken, you let go, all the unnecessary thoughts disappear and you are only focused on the moment - on the path, your being, the nature, the wind, your breathing and every step you take.



I love to go hiking, because it is good for the body and soul - it is meditative and therapeutic at the same time! It simply frees our beings to be outside in nature, it frees us from all the burdens of everyday life, the noises of the city, all the to-do lists we have and the stress at work. In addition to all of this, our immune system is strengthened, which is important right now, as is our metabolism, which many of us are missing after a year stuck in home office.


So what are you waiting for? Go outside! Find a beautiful hiking trail in the region or go on a bike tour!
